Im Somosomo Village gehen wir an Land. Eine Bewohnerin nimmt sich sofort unser an und führt uns quer durchs Dorf zum Chief. Nach kurzer Verzögerung werden wir in einer s.g. SevuSevu empfangen. Wir überreichen einen Bund Kava-Wurzeln und leisten eine Spende. Der Chief heißt uns herzlich willkommen. Wir dürfen so oft wir wollen durchs Dorf laufen und in der Bucht ankern.
