On the last day of the year, we wan't to wish everyone a happy new year! We've spent most of our Christmas in Norway trying to catch up from our jetlag, get through our colds and get up in time for each days family celebration. Sooo Cody got most of his points on this morning, serving me (Therese) breakfast in bed during my "worst" morning of colds.;) Hope everyone gets this lucky at least once during 2020! We're editing and creating content, but the next video will be a little late, sooo enjoy the previous ones and we'll be back, well and ready for a new year aboard Vinyasa! Happy new year!! We'll spend the first few weeks apart as Cody heads back to our sailboat and I stay in Norway waiting to meet up with them both on a new sailing adventure- coming up soon! Until then- stay tuned... Keep the people in and the water out... Wish it were that simple... we find water, something a sailor never wants to find inside without knowing where it comes from. Our sailing adventure throws a lemon at us. 👍 Don't forget to Like, Share, and Subscribe for More Adventures! Boaters can take several steps to deal with Sargasso seaweed: 1. Avoid areas with large concentrations of Sargasso seaweed: Boaters can use satellite imagery and other resources to identify areas with high concentrations of seaweed and avoid them if possible. 2. Slow down and be cautious: Sargasso seaweed can be thick and difficult to navigate through, so boaters should slow down and proceed with caution when encountering it. 3. Clear the seaweed from the boat: Boaters can use a net or rake to remove seaweed from the boat, being careful not to damage the boat or the seaweed. 4. Check the engine and cooling system: Sargasso seaweed can clog the engine and cooling system, so boaters should check them regularly and clean them if necessary. 5. Dispose of the seaweed properly: Boaters should dispose of the seaweed properly, either by composting it or disposing of it in a designated area. They should not throw it back into the water, as this can spread the seaweed to other areas.
