Gibraltar is BY FAR, one of the MOST INTERESTING places we've ever sailed to. Inside and around the Rock of Gibraltar are so many historic war tunnels, that it's almost impossible not to feel captured by the spirit of adventure. One of the best places we visited was the Northern Defences, a series of World War and 1700s military tunnels and ruins that speak to the history of this small but proud British territory. In the process of being cleaned up and restored, we visited at a time when it was free and almost deserted, making it an experience we'll never forget. The 27th Annual Dana West Yacht Club Charity Regatta, off the coast of Dana Point in Southern California had 21 boats competing. Sometimes boats try to occupy the same space on the water and that's when collisions occur. During this race, two Catalina 385's, Marblehead and Tomol, tried to do just that and crashed into each other. Who is at fault and how could this collision have been avoided?
