Revillagigedo is well-known to have the friendliest giant pacific manta rays on Earth. Just slip below the surface and soon they will appear. It makes a diver think just who is checking out who? The giant creature comes up to one diver then after a quick "how do you do" is off to greet another diver. There comes a time in every cruiser's life where they will eventually face the need to replace their cutlass bearings. We've dropped our rudders, taken the props off (BYE BYE!), and the shafts out. The shafts are really important not to damage, scratch or knick in way away so both shafts have been cradled like precious babies and stored in a safe, secure area on cushioning.
