The Social Dreaming Matrix is a space where participants share their night dreams, as well as free associations emerging from those dreams. Through the offering of recent or past dreams, participants form free associations linked to personal experience or coming from films, literature or any other cultural or social objects. The aim is to expand the narrative introduced by the dreamtelling without seeking to close it. During the SDM participant form what is called a Matrix, and they avoid making any interpretations or formulations (i.e. asking questions) letting instead the dream space flow. In this context dreams tell nothing about the dreamer, they form a pattern that circulates in the matrix, thus enabling the capacity to “be alone in the presence of others”. After the dream sharing, the collective examine the content that emerged and attempt to reflect on possible meaning this information holds for individuals and members of a larger collective. ORIGIN OF SOCIAL DREAMING Gordon Lawrence has worked with SD since 1982. His discovery was rather fortuitous, emerging from a series of experiences working with groups at the Tavistock Institute in London, and later in other settings that provided him with more freedom of action.

Ci svegliamo presto per correre a fare gasolio. Un’altra cosa che ci manca dei Caraibi sono i prezzi del gasolio. Pensate che in Repubblica Dominicana pagammo meno di un € al litro. Guardando i litri correre, per abitudine, pensavamo fossero i dollari. Invece no. Ecco, questo è un ricordo lontano e oggi lo viviamo con intensa nostalgia😅 A parte gli scherzi. Riempiamo per bene la panciona di Julia e molliamo gli ormeggi. È mattina, il sole è caldo e il vento è poco. Issiamo randa, issiamo Genoa. Tanta speranza, pochi risultati, il vento questa mattina preferisce restare a dormire.. chissà se ha fatto bagordi da qualche parte stanotte! Durante la navigazione scorgiamo un puntino lontano avvicinarsi e venirci incontro. Dopo poco, ci rendiamo conto che è @navegarcontomas ! Anche lui sta facendo la nostra stessa rotta con direzione Baleari e poi Sardegna. Sicuramente i nostri percorsi si riincroceranno da qui a breve ☺️ Passiamo la maggior parte della giornata al computer tra call e operatività. Una sessione di allenamento per tutti e due e poi cena con film, la nostra preferita per rilassarci e ritrovare un po’ un “divano e film” in mezzo al mare. Notte serena, notte di stelle, notte di pensieri che scaldano la pelle. Stiamo rientrando verso casa. We celebrate three remarkable years of Alea, a 56-meter aluminium sloop designed by Mani Frers and built by Vitters Shipyard. Her elegant interior was crafted by the design studio MAtelier based in Milan, seamlessly combining refined aesthetics with comfort and functionality. Construction of Alea began in spring 2020. Despite the challenges, Vitters delivered the yacht in July 2022. Alea is a yacht that perfectly reflects the DNA of our shipyard, a project we are extremely proud of. Alea features a spacious owner's suite with an ensuite bathroom located forward. The guest cabins are located to starboard aft, while the crew occupies the port side aft. A standout feature is the generous lazarette, which houses a 7-meter tender and can easily be converted into a proper beach club offering a direct connection to the sea. Her rig is built to Panamax specifications, allowing Alea to clear the Bridge of the Americas over the Panama Canal. @vittersshipyard
