I grew up sailing the local waters of the Patuxent River and the Chesapeake Bay, where we stood constant watch for other boats, crab pots, and debris in the water. Sometimes it is hard to relax. It is not until you go off the coast that you really come to appreciate the peace and solitude of sailing and the sea. Day 3 at IQ Foil Games Lanzarote 2022 had a fantastic start with two races of the men, later on we switched to the ladies but a rainy cloud came over and killed the wind so the ladies had to go back to the shore here at Marina Rubicón #iqfoilgameslanzarote22
