I grew up sailing the local waters of the Patuxent River and the Chesapeake Bay, where we stood constant watch for other boats, crab pots, and debris in the water. Sometimes it is hard to relax. It is not until you go off the coast that you really come to appreciate the peace and solitude of sailing and the sea. This anchor works amazingly well in rock type reefs. Made from Rebar welded together in typical New Zealand type innovation. The chain is tie-wrap clipped to the fluke head. If the anchor gets stuck you just pull hard enough to break the tie-wrap and then the chain pulls the anchor out backwards. #anchor #powerboat #powerboating
