Sailing 800 miles upwind to the Caribbean might have been our best passage ever! Normally right on the nose we had a light wind close reach/close hauled passage just before Christmas when we sailed from the Bahamas direct to St Martin. Every time it's a magical experience: when you see dolphins appear next to your boat! In this case sailing the Bay of Biscay, close to Bordeaux, a group of 15 dolphins swam along with the catamaran, jumping and moving from one side of the ship to the other!
