Sailing 800 miles upwind to the Caribbean might have been our best passage ever! Normally right on the nose we had a light wind close reach/close hauled passage just before Christmas when we sailed from the Bahamas direct to St Martin. Abbiamo fatto un bel viaggio di tre giorni partendo da Porto Garibaldi direzione Parenzo in Croazia, poi da Parenzo siamo andati a Rovigno e infine rientrati a Porto Garibaldi. Purtroppo quasi tutti i due trasferimenti le abbiamo dovuti fare a motore per condizioni di vento non favorevoli o assenza addirittura di vento. Comunque è stata una esperienza davvero molto molto bella. Nota dolente, i prezzi davvero alti, a Parenzo ormeggio di una notte senza luce e acqua, € 44,44, a Rovigno nella marina volevano € 180,00 per una notte, li abbiamo ormeggiato in rada all'ancora e non abbiamo pagato nulla perchè non è passato nessuno a riscuotere. Uno spritz € 8,00 senza niente, neppure un oliva. Cenare mangiando carne non si spende molto, sui 25 euro. Ho usato con molta apprensione il mio Dji mini 2 x qualche ripresa. To keep the heat out of our boat during the day, we use our GoSun to warm up some Nasi Goreng and cook the eggs for the first time in it. It was delicious!
