The conditions were perfect to sail out of the remote islands interior blue lagoons and our into the open ocean for an overnight to the next island. We set off into the sunset and at first light we would wake to another destination. One of the biggest decisions we had to make when preparing to buy our yacht was whether or not to buy a dog. We looked at the pros and cons of having a dog on the boat and researched what type of dog might be best suited for a life aboard. Ultimately we settled on an Australian Shepherd and a few months later Rose came into our lives. Now, we couldn't imagine traveling the world without her.
