We sail out of the hove to position by centring the helm and allowing the wind, which was on our port side, to come around the stern of the boat, onto our starboard side. Con la prua su Lipari sentiamo casa avvicinarsi. Il pranzo è da trofeo: Giuseppe ha un vero talento e ci racconta la storia dei suoi esordi con la cucina. Tuffo in un’acqua che sembra una piscina, poi ci mettiamo al lavoro. Chi ha partecipato alla diretta ha potuto scoprire che lavoriamo con easysea, un’azienda di accessori nautici dai principi puri e dall’animo innovativo.
