This might look simple to some of you, but I had to cut out the plywood twice to make a perfectly snug fitting piece to fit! You learn I guess :) At the moment I'm absolutley loving the boat repairs, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, not much more prep before the new deck goes on! I can't wait. You can do it with light following wind, but if wind gets any stronger, you really need to consider doing a maneuver like this where we are going down past the slip, doing a turnaround, and then motoring back up into the wind and then driving the boat into the slip, going into the wind.
