This might look simple to some of you, but I had to cut out the plywood twice to make a perfectly snug fitting piece to fit! You learn I guess :) At the moment I'm absolutley loving the boat repairs, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, not much more prep before the new deck goes on! I can't wait. Popcorn? Rice Krispies? Bacon frying?? Besides the sound of my regulator, the reef is a NOISY place! Yes, all those snaps and crackles are coming from the reef. The more complex the sound profile, the helathier the reef is beleived to be. Those sounds are coming from a variety of sources including snapping shrimp, fish grunts, starfish and urchin teeth as they grind against hard surfaces, and shell movement over coral. #islamujeres #scubadiving
