I was watching one of those videos about how to be healthier, happier, more productive by a beautiful American. As so often, they were pontificating on the things that are essential parts of a daily routine. One of the most popular trends for that at the moment is how essential it is to go outside first thing in the morning and get 10 minutes of sunlight. Clearly, they have never lived in North Wales (or Manchester where we ere before). We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP. CATAMARAN ALESSANDRA is custom made Lagoon Catamaran made for Alessandra Dupont and she claimed her at Les Sables D'olone /France in June@0/2013.She sailed from there to Atlantic coast of FRANCE, SPAIN,PORTUGAL ,PASSED THE BAY OF BISCAYNE WITH SAIL /40 KNOTS/,crossed GIBRALTAR TO MEDETERRANIAN,did all BALEARIC ISLANDS,IBIZA,PALMA DI MAJORCA,MENORCA,CORSICA,SARDINIA,EOLEIES,CROATIA,GREEK ISLANDS,KEKOVA TURKEY then crossed back the GIBRALTAR toLAS PALMAS to do the Christopher Colombous route via Cape VERDE ,Crossed the ATLANTIC TO ST.LUCIA. Celebrated new years Eve in Caribbean .continued ST.MARTIN,ST.BARTS,KITTS and NEVIS,SABA,BVI,PUERTO RICO,ST.THOMAS ,TCI,ALL BAHAMAS and ARRIVED TO FLORIDA. THIS FANTASTC TRIP TOOK 1 YEAR THAT WE CELEBRATED JUN20,2014. WE WILL CONTINUE REPORTING.
