Our #sailing adventure in #newyork was a unique and challenging experience. Aside from being a bustling #harbour with much marine traffic, the harbour is affected by tidal currents—two floods and two ebbs every day. Learning the current patterns to plan your sail into the harbour is essential, especially if you want to sail up the East River and into the Long Island Sound. No paramos de subir y bajar ⬆️⬇️ “el Dingui” en las travesías 🙈🤦🏼 Antes el sube y bájala, era más incordio, pero ahora ya tenemos todo controlado.💪 Sabías como curiosidad que al dingui/dinghy también se le llama lancha, neumática, chinchorro, tender, el chiquitín, zodiac,… siempre con su fueraborda o motor que a veces, nos deja a todos los de los barcos, tirados y nos toca remar 😜🤣🚣🌊 Cuántas veces te ha dejado tirado?
