Aside from being a bustling #harbour with much marine traffic, the harbour is affected by tidal currents—two floods and two ebbs every day. Learning the current patterns to plan your sail into the harbour is essential, especially if you want to sail up the East River and into the Long Island Sound. Έχοντας μάθει ιστιοπλοΐα δίπλα στους κορυφαίους προπονητές στην Ελλάδα και βρισκόμενος στο χώρο της διδασκαλίας τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια με την Seven Seas School of Yachting, διαπιστώσαμε οως η μεγαλύτερη έλλειψη δεξιοτήτων βρίσκεται στον χειρισμό του σκάφους μέσα στα λιμάνια και της μαρίνες της Ελλάδας. Το πρακτικό σεμινάριο που πραγματοποιήθηκε είχε πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία και σύντομα θα ανακοινωθεί το επόμενο για να δηλώσετε συμμετοχή. Ευχαριστώ θερμά τους συμμετέχοντες μαθητές οι οποίοι πραγματικά έδωσαν τον καλύτερο εαυτό τους και απέδειξαν πως πάντα υπάρχει περιθώριο βελτίωσης και μάθησης.
