You guys! We got a great little set up here. We brought down a sandbag kettlebell, filled ‘er up, found a big field, and got to work. Can’t wait to feel it tomorrow 😈 👉🏼 These fire full body workouts are all going to be in my 2023 challenge. I have never felt so lean, yet relaxed about my diet and not worried about exercising every single day. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders, especially with all that needs to be done around the boat. Give this a try - swap the 100 metre sprint for a 1 min sprint on the treadmill (8.0 mph+) Perform all exercises back to back with minimal rest between. Rest 1-2 min between sets. 5 sets total. #fullbodyworkout #hiit #cardio #abs #workoutvideo #athletictraining #workoutoftheday
