Other sailors advised us to visit the 2 islands below Cannes, because it was so idyllic. You would be very protected from wind and swell on the 'Plateau du milieu' = between the 2 islands, where it was only 3 meters deep and a good sandy bottom. in this crystal clear water the azure color of the Mediterranean Sea was clearly visible. It was indeed beautiful! Here's a movie filmed with a drone as we lay at anchor (thank you Marco Clazin!). You see, we weren't the only boat this summer ;)

Try something new this year and come sailing! For beginners we have 2 day weekend Start Yachting course or if you want to be a useful crew member sign up for our Competent Crew Course. Both certified by the RYA. No previous experience needed and full tuition given by our talented and patient instructors @gowestsailing
