Just minutes into our journey, the first moored sailboat with people on it was a fellow Mark Twain Lake sailor I had met when we first started sailing Galactica. Fortunately, Matt recognized Galactica and called my name. He works at a boatyard on the Calumet and invited me to grab a dock space with electricity!!! It was perfect for us. After 6 weeks in the US we're back in Trinidad! The travel was great but it's good to be home, with an excited welcome from our dog Rose! There's lots to unpack, boat work to start and all before I fly out again to visit Australia for the first time since I moved aboard, 4 years ago.
