One of our first projects involving sailing was back in May when we approached Irish Offshore Sailing to help them with a short promotional video. Unfortunately the only day which we could film on due to time constraints happened to have next to no wind. We headed out anyhow and put together a short video before they headed off on the Volvo Round Ireland Race later that month. Guinness has confirmed that Patri McLaughlin broke the World Record for the largest wave ever kitesurfed: 72 ft 4 in (22.5 M) at Jaws on Maui on 1/22/23. The previous record was set in Portugal in 2018, for a 62 ft wave.
