I discovered a very old orchard growing wild in the woods near the sailboat. So many varieties of fruits and berries. So, I snagged a pair of pears and turned them into a Whiskey Pear Sauce for the the pancakes! This will be the first cooking segment for the channel! Stay tuned for new episodes coming up shortly. I haven’t been able to afford a new laptop to edit videos on the boat. We are headed back to Alberta on Sunday so I’ll get some videos uploaded soon. Team racing is a really fun variation of sailboat racing. There are teams of two boats generally, and the goal is two-fold: get around the course as a team with the highest finishing places, and as part of that, work together to screw over boats from other teams!
