Zuza was built in South Africa in 1998 and started her days as a research vessel for the British Royal Geographical Society. Her smooth and steady approach through the water along with two comfortable double cabins as well as two twin cabins make her perfect for exploring the Scottish Hebrides with those who wish to learn more about sailing or just relax and enjoy spectacular wildlife. Join Zuza's all-female crew on trips to St Kilda, Mull, Jura, Barra, The Small Isles and Skye. No sailing experience is needed to climb aboard!
Our Lloyd’s Register-certified building method leads to hulls so structurally stiff that in first-phase outfitting we leave the deck off so that entire cabin sections can be built off-boat then craned into position, optimising space, with eased accuracy. Here we see the new Contest 63CS receiving a midship module with central companionway, galley and aft cabin entry to left, owner’s ensuite to right.
