Ragazzi ci siamo. Come tutte le cose belle, anche Brindisi è arrivata all’ultima sera (per quest’anno). Ricordo che non era prevista una sosta qui. La Puglia doveva essere una toccata e fuga a Vieste per poi volare in Croazia. Come avete visto il meteo ha voluto che i nostri piani cambiassero e così ci siamo fermati qui. In una città che all’inizio ci sembrava come tutte le altre e che invece, giorno dopo giorno, ha saputo accoglierci, farsi scoprire e regalarci un calore del tutto inaspettato. Sapete, non siamo per nulla abituati a ricevere tutto questo affetto. E ogni volta ci riempie il cuore in un modo tutto suo: sentire nelle vostre parole i ricordi di quando eravamo ai Caraibi. Incredibile, pare foste con noi. Silenziosi e attenti, premurosi e coinvolti. Quello che abbiamo vissuto in questa città è meraviglioso. Un connubio di persone, nuove amicizie, delizie da gustare, racconti di mare e di terra. Ricordi di giorni lontani. Oggi conosciamo Rita e Danilo, velisti anche loro (i ragazzi che ieri ci hanno regalato una bottiglia). Oggi hanno raddoppiato con una torta deliziosa preparata da Rita in persona! La sera andiamo tutti da escosazio. Benni, Sasha, Babi, Angelica e Fabio. Persone che hanno condiviso sorrisi e ansie da parabordi con noi in questi giorni. Che si sono conosciute tra loro e continueranno a vedersi anche i prossimi giorni, quando noi saremo altrove. Chissà dove, chissà con chi. Questo viaggio ci sta facendo davvero capire che la vita va presa per come viene, non per come vorremmo che andasse. Se avessimo dovuto attenerci ai piani saremmo stati in Croazia, probabilmente soli in una baia. Invece il meteo ha deciso per noi di farci incontrare persone splendide che diversamente non avremmo conosciuto. Quindi, che sia ciò che dev’essere. Sempre. Ogni giorno, ogni istante. Domani riprendiamo il mare, il meteo pare migliorato. E se così non fosse, solleveremo ancora una volta un bicchiere alla salute con persone che hanno ormai un posto nei nostri cuori♥️
