Avtalspension är pengar din arbetsgivare lägger undan åt dig varje månad. Man kan säga att det är din absolut viktigaste löneförmån. De flesta arbetsgivare sätter av 4.5% extra beräknat på din lön. Det innebär att om du har 35000 kr i månaden i lön så sätter arbetsgivaren in ca 1575 kr/mån till din tjänstepension. Det blir mycket pengar i längden. Och om din arbetsplats inte erbjuder avtalspension. Då behöver du antingen lägga undan extra pengar själv eller fundera på om det finns jobb där ute som behandlar din framtid lite bättre.
