Split, a city known for its fascinating history, stunning architecture, vibrant culture, and flourishing culinary scene, proved to be the ideal setting for this groundbreaking event. The 2024 CROYA Charter Show was a premier B2B event for professionals across the luxury yachting industry, featuring some of the finest crewed charter yachts based in Croatia. It offered an exceptional platform for attendees to explore these yachts, engage with their crew, taste the culinary creations of the onboard chefs, and gain valuable, up-to-date insights into Croatia’s thriving yachting market and destinations. A rich social agenda, an inspiring chefs’ competition, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees contributed to the event’s success. In diesem Ausschnitt geht es um den Komfort und Schutz im Center-Cockpit der Segelyacht „Schnuddel“. Ich erzähle dir, wie wir hier in Kroatien bei Affenhitze trotzdem im Schatten sitzen, mit Wind- und Regenschutz – und wie sich das schon auf unserem Überführungstörn bewährt hat: Im April 2016 sind wir von Kemer im Golf von Antalya hierher gesegelt. Draußen war es für viele noch richtig kalt, uns kamen Bavaria-Segler im Friesennerz entgegen – während wir im T-Shirt im geschützten Center-Cockpit saßen, weil wir alles dichtmachen konnten. Genau dafür liebe ich dieses Cockpit: Schatten, Windschutz, Regenschutz und ein sehr geschützter Aufenthaltsbereich an Deck.
