The Corby 30Custom - Raptor - IRL 811 beating to windward on the way to the first mark of the Harbour Race of Volvo Cork Week 2024. The Team on J109 Going to Red were in a tight battle with the coastal race IRC entry after a poor start. A few close tacks up the right hand shore allowed GTR to pull away from the smaller yacht with a similar rating. Chef Abel shared a lot with me recently, and I must say I have immense respect for his cooking, his passion, and dedication. There was a time when we didn't know about gluten-free, GMOs, or any of that - we just made everything from scratch, and didn't have allergies or other issues. I just want to remind you that it's still possible - we still have access to good, natural food, thanks to all the farmers.
