It can be super simple to cook on a boat. Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together. While warranty continued on our Leopard 45 catamaran we flew to the United States to give JS Marine the chance to work inside the starboard hull without anyone living there. While we were there, we were lucky enough to experience the first snows in Michigan; snowball fights and snowman building ensued!
