We were nearing the end of a delivery, during the winter, from Palma to Croatia when we hit some rough weather... initially just a Force 9 it wasn't long before it was blowing 55kts (a F11) Good weather to be in a sturdy yacht! As part of their 150th anniversary celebrations, Holland America Line's flag ship Rotterdam retraced her steps and made an Eastbound transatlantic crossing 150 years to the day after the historic first voyage. After leaving New York the first port of call was our home town of Plymouth in South West England. We went along to see the amazing welcome given to guests by the Cruise Plymouth volunteers as well as taking a look of this stunning ship moored off Plymouth's historic shore line.
