And weโre off! ๐ Today marks the start of our passage across the Atlantic to the Caribbean. Light winds made for a slow start, but nature put on a showโdolphins, small whales, and even turtles, some swimming upside down! We checked to make sure they were okay, and luckily, they were. With the wind dying, weโll be motoring through the night, but a big highlight was testing our spinnaker setup for the first time. Aunque estemos de vacaciones, no tenemos que dejar de mantener las precauciones aconsejadas en por Sanidad. El control de temperatura diario de todos los que formรกbamos parte del viaje, el lavado de manos y la mascarilla en sitios pรบblicos ha sido el pan de cada dรญa. En el viaje a Corfรบ, que hemos realizado en un catamarรกn este aรฑo 2020, por si nos lo pedรญan en los controles policiales y por mantener un control nosotros, cada dรญa los mรกs pequeรฑos se han encargado de controlar y apuntar la temperatura de todos los que estรกbamos enrolados en el catamarรกn. Una tarea ideal para que los mรกs pequeรฑos de la casa tengan una quehacer diario, como si fueran pequeรฑos doctores. Por suerte no hemos tenido en el catamarรกn lagoon 45 que alquilamos para nuestra travesรญa ningรบn tripulante con fiebre.
