This trailerable trimaran is easy to launch and recover thanks to telescopic floats which can be extended in minutes! Lightweight construction makes it half the weight of an equivalent monohull, so the Astus 20.5 can be towed behind a small family car. The even lighter 'Infusion' version weighs only 470kg so can be towed on an un-braked trailer. Weekend sailing for 2 adults on a long v-berth with space for a chemical toilet under. 2 smaller quarter berths for children or adults who want to get cosy. Meet Kate, one of our crew members here at Sail San Diego! Kate has been on our crew for almost a year now & is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet upon arrival at our sailing lounge & retail shop before setting sail. Kate is a mom of three, 2 of which were twins born on Halloween! 🎃 🎃 She’s an incredible addition to our crew and loves any chance she's able to hop on board a sail. ⛵️ When asked what her favorite thing about sailing is? Her response: Feeling the warmth of the sun 🌞 and just being able to disconnect for 3 hours while out on the water. 🌊🌊
