From 2022-24, Crocker’s Boatyard in Massachusetts completed a $200,000 refit to include a 40hp Nanni (Kubota) diesel engine, new air conditioning with revere cycle heat, almost all new wiring, new SeaFrost refrigeration, new Garmin electronics, new head system and holding tank, and new water heater, plus many other smaller ancillary and connected items. The first day of the SLYC two day event was sailed under grey skies with big breeze. The crew on the the 1/4 Tonner Purple Haze where hiking out hard in big breeze on week 1 of the frosties regatta. The lively little boat looks great going to windward in gusty conditions. The team at bottom up boats hope you are enjoying the footage from the final regatta of the 2024 sailing season.
