LAMB PEKA SO MUCH LIKE A HANGI We can taste it just watching it. A must try while sailing in Croatia. It always takes us home, back to NZ, tastes so much like a hangi. If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best.
