I always laugh when I hear the argument from sailors and boaters about "I had the right away." There is no such thing as "Right Away" when navigating a vessel on the water. There is the "Stand On" and "Give Way" vessel under the COLREGS. So don't be an idiot on the water, and start yelling, "I have the right away."
