Train-the-Trainer on catamaran in Mallorca

A dream came true! A group of Dutch trainers came to our catamaran in the beginning of March to do a 4-day Train-the-Trainer! Since we started talking about sailing around the world with a catamaran in 2017, this was one of my goals! To welcome trainers from the Netherlands on the boat in a beautiful surrounding aboard, to deliver a training , so they could be fully focused on themselves and their development, away from the daily to do's at home. It turned out so great, even better than I had hoped for (sunny weather, enthusiastic group of people and even dolphins swimming by twice during the training in the bay of Mallorca! You wouldn't see that in a conference room in the Netherlands :). This is the aftermovie of how the 4 days Train-the-Trainer looked like!
