Thomas Bühner x LSG Group: Culinary Identity

Note: This video was filmed before the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, we announced that Michelin-starred chef Thomas Bühner had joined the LSG Group's culinary network. That same year, the LSG Group's chefs went to Osnabrück to cook with him in preparation for the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE). Then in 2020, a global pandemic hit.
