This figure may seem a long way from parity... and yet, in just 5 years, the management of the Grand Large Yachting group has already managed to increase the number of women by 10%. Admittedly, we’re still a long way off - and this is the case just about everywhere in the world of boatbuilding - but the aim here at La Grande-Motte is ultimately to achieve parity.
