The Archangel Cocktail blew our minds!!

Lauren's brother requested another cucumber drink, so we decided to try our hand at the Archangel cocktail, a recipe created by Michael McIlroy and Richard Boccato and the ultra famous NYC bar Milk & Honey- afterwards they featured it in the PDT (Please Don't Tell) Cocktail Book. It's a play on the traditional Pink Gin. So why Archangel? It's actually pretty random... The two creators came up with the name after discussing the Argentinian Football (Soccer) player Gabriel Batitusta. That's his nickname. The cocktail is straightforward and easy to make at home made with Gin and Aperol. But wow it tastes so complex! And although it falls into the "booozy" categroy, it's the kind of drink that goes down easy during this crazy heatwave. Let us know if you try it!
