We're about to embark on a Cape Verde navigational feat few have done. A full circumnavigation of Santa Antao island. Conditions were perfect for this. So here we are starting a major sailing adventure. I'm accompanied by two great friends, Jodie and Sidney. A Brit and a Kriulu. We start from Mindelo on Sao Vicente island and head for Santa Antao. Spend one night at anchor and then head out to a fishing spot in the middle of the Atlantic. There we snorkel to see what's beneath.
