Sneaky Good Assistant Coaching Hires for 2020

Sneaky Good Assistant Coaching Hires for 2020 Each offseason, there are a number of new coaching hires. We always tend to put a ton of emphasis on the head coaches, which is fair, but I don't feel as though we talk enough about assistant/coordinator hires. So what I did is found four assistant/coordinator hires that I believe will make a difference in 2020. Those hires are: Gary Kubiack (Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator) Pat Shurmur (Denver Broncos offensive coordinator) John DeFilippo (Chicago Bears quarterbacks coach) Jason Garrett (New York Giants offensive coordinator) These four assistants/coordinator hires are hires that once they were made back in the spring, I've had my eye on them.
