Segeln nach Koroni: Alte Mauern, Kloster & Tückischer Ankerplatz
Diesmal segeln wir nach Koroni, einem hübschen kleinen Städtchen im Golf von Messinien, das bekannt ist für seine erstklassig erhaltene Festungssanlage mit dem Nonnenkloster, das noch in Betrieb ist. Durch das Burgtor betritt man eine andere Welt. Am Tag darauf segeln wir weiter nach Petalidi, wo wir eine interessante Ausgrabungsstätte erkunden und vor dem großen Regen mit Gewitterzellen schnell zurück zum Boot müssen. This time we sail to Koroni, a pretty little town in the Gulf of Messinia, which is known for its excellently preserved fortress complex with the nunnery, which is still in operation. You enter another world through the castle gate. The next day we sail on to Petalidi, where we explore an interesting archaeological site and have to hurry back to the boat before the heavy rain with thunderstorm cells.
