Scotland and Ireland! Edinburgh Castle, the Blarney Stone and Irish Dancing - Family Travel Vlog

Our travels took us to Scotland and Ireland this week. The Architecture in Edinburgh was unlike anything we'd seen so far in Europe. Edinburgh Castle is worth the trip to Scotland alone. Coming from America where a 100-year-old building is considered historic, it's really something being somewhere that was originally built 1000 years ago! Speaking of ancient things, the Blarney Stone is estimated by some to be 330 million years old! So I guess what's historical really is relative. We took our turns kissing the fabled stone and hope it brings us good luck and not Covid-19. We had an amazing time in Ireland. The traditional Irish music and dancing permeates through Irish culture, and we were lucky (pun intended) to get to see many Irish dances. And we learned a few as well!
