Episode 15: Russian Banja This week on Sailing Eriskay we had the opportunity to experience a Russian Banja with some friends from the marina @yacht_sissi The benefits of the spa provides circulatory improvement, softening skin treatments, aromatherapy and social enrichment. Sharing this experience with mostly strangers at time and be friends by the end was very impactful and something we highly recommend. Reach outside your norm, you may be surprised they are as human as you. We regularly used “google translate” to continue the conversation but the experience was nonetheless.
