READY TO SAIL? 50' NAVY DETROIT DIESEL DIVE BARGE ISSUES & DEADLINES! BOAT to Pearl Harbor ON TIME?

In this video I am fighting a deadline from Captain Tom's request to bring the dive barge to Keehi Lagoon by the 31st... Which was yesterday.... The twin Detroit Diesel motors seem to be running good. However, we ran into a snag with the hydraulic steering, and I still need to clean the boat bottom, before I'm comfortable taking her out to sea. Also we get into a little cleaning.
