Putting in our WINDOW FRAMES! | YACHT REBUILD WEEK 26

Episode 33 Ricky & I go check out the inner city enduro competition as Ricky was pretty keen to go watch it as he use to ride enduro before he met me. (Had to many broken bones and injuries at this time ha ha) We started painting once more (this is a tedious process and requires a lot priming, texture coating and top coating) You might wonder why we swap and change the whole time in between and fair after we paint but due to the white paint showing a lot of previous imperfections you couldn't see with the naked eye before, it requires for us to go back... fair.. sand and prime and then paint once again) I also dipped my hair in a ton of paint... luckily i thought fast and it required me not to cut a chunk of my hair off :P Our windows frames go up (we epoxied them on with cotton flocks and epoxy resin) and then added another bead of epoxy mixed with micro balloons to make a nice fillet around the frame so it looks like it came out of a mold. We also sand the days away on all the pink fairing Ricky added to hide some imperfections. Ricky starts making our gas box, to hold all our gas piping etc, as well as close off the top of our cabinetry to add some counter lights in. Thanks for watching.
