Part 1of 2 of the TV series 'Pervin's Tasting' cooking with Flaka's owner René one of the dishes we serve our guests on board. Fish with vegetables, cooked in butter and... vinegar. René explains how he has learned to cook this from his grandmother but also saw it in a similar way being cooked by fishermen in Turkey and Eritrea in the middel of the Red Sea.
