Perfect, Simple Smoked Ribs (321 Method on Pellet Smoker)

In this week's Grilling Tuesday video we are making Simple, Delicious smoked Ribs. These are foolproof and will turn out great every time. The simple and high-level summary of the 321 method is as follows: 3 hours smoked at low temp unwrapped (180-200° F) 2 hours covered in foil or butcher paper (225° F) 1 hour uncovered optionally brushed lightly with sauce (225° F) Enjoy these juice, tender, and perfect ribs EVERY time.
