Our Liveaboard Community is Being Threatened

Some suspect nefarious intent. Whatever the reasons may be, this ordinance is already wreaking havoc on those who it's targeting. There was no input given from the boating and liveaboard community in it's creation. Now, we're using our YouTube channel to raise up the voices of those who were ignored. We will not stay quiet on this issue.
