One of Our Favourite Anchorages (Ep.24) | Sailing Catamaran Element

The family sailing crew of Element, living aboard a Catana 471 Catamaran depart Zakinthos, Greece from Episode 23, on their way out of the Mediterranean Sea towards the Atlantic Ocean as they continue their journey to sail around the world. The crew make daysails through the Greek Ionian Islands and as they make their way northward towards Albania. Shaun detects a seawater leak coming from an engine hose and we stop in Lefkas to order the new engine part. Rather than stay in a hectic and touristy charter base, we decide to wait for the new part in the beautiful anchorage of Lakka Bay, on the northern end of the Island of Paxos and it quickly becomes one of our family's favourites that we often look back on and talk about. The crew then depart Greece via Corfu and arrive in Saranda, Albania ready for their next adventure...
