November #perspectives: Piecing a dessert together

For the month of November, our pastry expert Chef Mathieu Castex is back at the helm to put together a sweet puzzle. Made with saffron, orange and carrots, Castex plays with the texture and form of each ingredient to create a unique interpretation of a carrot cake.
