Need to Raise a Furling Genoa at the Dock in a Foul Wind? Try This!!!

In this video we demonstrate how to raise a furling Genoa or jib at the dock in a foul wind by backwinding it against a furled Solent sail on an inner forestay. You could also backwind a Dacron Genoa or jib against the rig if you don't have an inner forestay, but I wouldn't recommend doing that with a laminate sail because they are more fragile.
